Parks

The Aurora Parks and Recreation Department oversees parks throughout town, which include amenities such as softball diamonds; a newly constructed basketball court; outdoor ice skating rinks; playground equipment; and picnic shelters.

It is our intention to have safe, clean and enjoyable parks and facilities for our residents to enjoy. If you have a question or comment, we encourage you to contact our office at (218) 229-2614. We will be happy to assist you or to answer any questions you may have.

The City is partnering with the Caring for Kids Community to redesign and renovate park spaces and provide greater opportunities for children and teens in our area. For more information about the Caring for Kids Community Group, contact Jacie Cherro at cherroj@yahoo.com.
